About me

I have excelled in my real estate career by leveraging my 20 years of experience in sales, negotiation, and mediation for the benefit of my buyers and sellers. A graduate of Pepperdine University's mediation training program, I am known for my communication skills and ability to create a positive solution for my clients' real estate transactions.

As a facet of my service-oriented business philosophy, I constantly research the condition of Ventura County's Housing market and the national economy. By sharing this information with my buyers and sellers, and by collaborating with my vast network of professional alliances, I provide my clients with seamless transactions and successful closings.

Certified as both a Short Sale and REO Specialist, I have a vast understanding of the modern real estate environment and a talent for negotiating with bank managers. Widely respected for my commitment to ethical business practices, I have continually worked to refine my skills and advance my knowledge of real estate.

I have been a consistent award winner since I first entered the industry, and have ranked in the top one percent  of more than 54,000 Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices agents nationwide. I credit my success to my tenacious work ethic and capacity for managing the complexities of real estate transactions, combined with my focus on providing my clients with the resources and guidance they need to make informed decisions.

Prior to my career in real estate, I received a Bachelors degree from Providence College. I am a probate contractor for Venture County and heavily involved with the community where I live and work. As a result of my dedication to support  the Rotary Club of Ventura and service to the community,  I have been honored with the Rotary Presidential Citation and the Rotarian of the Year award.
